Ferguson is hiring for a night shift warehouse role. You will operate warehouse equipment, pick and stage products, and use RF scanners while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Overtime is available and benefits start after 30 days.

The job offers $23.00/hour base pay with a monthly performance bonus of $2–$5/hour, plus overtime and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should be able to lift up to 70 lbs and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs, 90 lbs with team lift.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willing to work overtime and pass background check and drug screen.
• Warehouse or forklift experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers).
• Pick, stage, and store products accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners or voice systems to complete daily tasks.
• Build pallets and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Follow safety procedures and meet daily productivity goals.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
