Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Equipment Operator to support multiple core warehouse functions and deliver phenomenal customer service. The role offers two shifts with hourly pay between $20.00 and $20.50 and a starting wage structure up to $23.79 per hour in certain locations.

Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day workflow, meeting department goals, training peers, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining safety and organization in the workspace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Proven ability to train others.
• Fully proficient in multiple core warehouse functions.
• Proven understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Product knowledge.
• Problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer proficient.
• Strong organizational skills and leadership qualities to take and give team direction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workflow of the department.
• Help meet daily, weekly, and monthly department goals.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues.
• Train and motivate subordinates to improve performance.
• Pursue continuous improvement to boost efficiency, accuracy, quality, and cost savings.
• Ensure the department is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and PPE usage, including harness weight limits.
