Ferguson is seeking a reliable warehouse associate for the third shift in Front Royal, Virginia. You will operate warehouse equipment, pick and stage products, and help keep a safe, efficient operation.

This role offers a base pay of $23.00 per hour plus monthly bonus potential, overtime, benefits after 30 days, and the chance to grow within a Fortune 500 company. You’ll work with a supportive team to meet daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs regularly; 90 lbs with team assistance.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
• Warehouse or forklift experience preferred — we’ll train the right person.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers).
• Pick, stage, and store products accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners or voice systems to complete daily tasks.
• Build pallets and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals.
