Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching and support, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety across the operation.
• Facilitate open communication and collaboration among leadership and frontline associates.
