Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Illinois is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead the night shift on Monday-Thursday, with rotating 5PM-3AM or 7PM-5AM schedules. You will drive growth, efficiency and team development in a distribution environment and ensure safety, coaching frontline associates, and implementing warehouse processes.

You will monitor KPIs, report to management, and foster open communication across leadership and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Uphold health and safety regulations to promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across leadership and staff to ensure alignment.
