Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Overnight/PM shift experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel/Outlook; WMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own nightly warehouse operations — shipping, receiving, inventory control, wire management, and truck logistics
• Maintain operational flow across inbound/outbound functions
• Set and enforce accuracy and pace standards for the warehouse team each shift
• Coordinate with dispatch, counter sales, and purchasing for time-sensitive exceptions
• Ensure will-call orders are staged and ready before customers arrive
