Job summary

Feld Entertainment is seeking a Second Shift Warehouse Manager in Jessup, Maryland to oversee pick, pack, loading and shipping on the second shift. You will direct hourly associates, coordinate workload with warehouse leadership and corporate teams, and ensure safety and accountability in all operations.

Qualifications

5–7 years in a warehouse processing environment.
3–5 years in a leadership role with accountability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with RF scan guns and warehouse management systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Coordinate hourly labor to complete daily and weekly tasks.
Communicate workload and priorities with warehouse leadership and vendors.
Recruit, hire, train, and manage hourly associates; ensure performance accountability.
Oversee payroll tracking and scheduling; monitor hours and attendance.
Operate MHE as needed to support order tasks and workflows.
Assist in budget preparation and expense control to meet targets.
