Job summary

compensation is hourly, with a starting range of $35.00–$38.00 per hour based on experience. Forklift certification is required or obtainable onsite; must lift up to 80 lbs. and pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B required; Class A preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience preferred; night shift experience is a strong plus.
• Forklift certification required or ability to obtain through onsite training.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and current DOT/Medical Certification cards required.
• Dependable attendance and a team-oriented mindset.
• Pre-employment screening including background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Load company trucks and stage outbound orders.
• Rotate stock and pull conduit wire as part of nightly operations.
• Operate forklifts safely and in accordance with certification.
• Drive as needed for nightly routing and deliveries.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and report safety concerns.
