Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the night shift at our Erie facility. This hands-on role oversees nightly activities, directs approximately 50 warehouse associates, and ensures accurate order selection, staging, and truck loading to meet dispatch schedules.

You will maintain safety and OSHA compliance, optimize warehouse layout, and troubleshoot equipment issues while training and coaching staff to sustain productivity in a multi-temperature environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years warehouse/distribution experience.
• Minimum of 1 year managing an hourly workforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly order-picking and truck-loading operations.
• Ensure accurate order selection, staging, and loading per dispatch schedules.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce OSHA requirements.
• Directly supervise approximately 50 hourly warehouse employees.
• Train, schedule, coach, and manage employee performance.
• Identify process improvements in warehouse layout and operations.
