Job summary

Shepherd Electric Supply is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the night shift at our Laurel, MD location. You will lead the overnight warehouse, ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, inventory control, and team execution to meet high-volume demand.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 5+ years in warehouse management, Excel proficiency, and WMS familiarity. Forklift/Reach certifications are required or obtainable on-site. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience with a similar sized team.
• Overnight/PM shift experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; familiarity with WMS.
• Forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck certification required or obtainable on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own nightly warehouse operations and set shift outcomes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with inbound/outbound teams.
• Oversee outbound fulfillment with correct products and documentation.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff including leads.
• Ensure safety standards and equipment certifications are maintained.
• Identify and implement cross-shift process improvements.
