FreezPak Logistics in Fall River, MA, is seeking a Night Manager to oversee nightly operations at a state-of-the-art cold storage facility. You will manage all aspects of the warehouse during the night shift, ensure efficient and safe operations, and uphold high standards of service and productivity.

The role requires leadership of a night crew, inventory control, safety compliance with OSHA and HACCP, shift reporting, and strong communication with day shift management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in warehouse management or similar role.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all night shift warehouse activities (receiving, storage, picking, shipping).
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and shipments.
• Coordinate with day shift management for seamless transitions.
• Lead and train night staff; manage scheduling and performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Enforce safety policies (OSHA and HACCP) and conduct safety audits.
• Prepare and submit reports on night shift productivity and incidents.
