FreezPak Logistics, a family-owned leader in cold storage and logistics, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily facility operations, lead a warehouse team, and uphold safety and quality standards across all activities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operations management within cold storage or logistics, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and regulatory compliance. Join a growing company that values teamwork and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in operations management, preferably in cold storage or logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Certifications such as HACCP, BRC; OSHA certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the cold storage facility, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Develop and implement policies to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Maintain inventory control with FIFO/LIFO practices and regular audits.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and meet SLAs.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and upgrade systems as needed.
• Lead initiatives to upgrade equipment and processes.
