Vestas is seeking a Health Safety Environmental (HSE) Coordinator for the Brighton, CO facility on the night shift (3:45pm–2:15am). The role involves supporting health, safety, and environmental programs, inspections, incident investigations, and training delivery in alignment with Vestas policies and federal, state, and local regulations.

The successful candidate will conduct inspections, manage HSE documentation in SharePoint/IMS, and assist with OSHA reporting and safety communications.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience or equivalent; OSHA 30-hour General Industry preferred.
• Strong workplace health and safety experience.
• Driver's license with ability to travel (<10%)
• Comfortable with databases and basic analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect facilities for hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize incident data to drive improvements and action plans.
• Assist with change management and incident investigations.
• Ensure life safety devices are checked (fire suppression, emergency lighting, eyewash).
• Deliver HSE trainings and maintain SDS records.
