Shepherd Electric Supply is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the night shift in Laurel, MS. You will lead the after-hours warehouse, overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory, and team execution to maintain high accuracy and timely deliveries.

This role requires strong leadership, inventory discipline, and the ability to drive process improvements on a night shift that supports daytime operations and branch expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience with a similar sized team.
• Overnight/PM shift experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook; familiarity with WMS.

Responsibilities

• Own nightly warehouse operations — shipping, receiving, inventory control, wire management, and truck logistics.
• Maintain operational flow across inbound/outbound functions to prevent stalls or rework.
• Set and enforce accuracy and pace standards for the warehouse team each shift.
• Coordinate with dispatch, counter sales, and purchasing for time-sensitive exceptions.
• Ensure will-call orders are staged and ready before customers arrive.
