Job summary

• Coordinate dock schedules to meet customer and transportation requirements.
• Supervise warehouse associates, leads, and material handlers.
• Assign daily work tasks and labor resources.
• Coach employees on productivity, safety, and performance expectations.
• Conduct training, performance discussions, and disciplinary actions when needed.
