Job summary

Masis Professional Group is partnering with a solar manufacturing leader to fill a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor role on the night shift (6pm–6am). You will lead 15–20 warehouse staff and ensure safe, efficient material flow to support 24/7 production.

Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, forklift operations, and shipping documentation; collaborating with Production, Quality, and EHS to maintain high performance and OSHA-compliant safety.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience supervising teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong understanding of inventory, material flow, and logistics.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a 15–20 person warehouse team, including forklift operators and material handlers.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, staging, storage, shipping, and distribution.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines to support 24/7 operations.
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ERP/WMS utilization.
• Coordinate daily shipping schedules and carrier relationships; ensure correct documentation.
