K&M TIRE is seeking a Night Shift Manager to lead our night operations under the warehouse manager, overseeing pulling, staging, and loading of outgoing product while directing teammates and maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role also involves cross-training staff, providing training, and stepping in for related warehouse positions as needed; other duties may be required to support operations and respond to issues after hours.

• Secure building before leaving.
• Respond to after hour alarms.
• Must be able to perform all employees' job duties and cross-train employees.
• Help out with any other duties needed.
• Help out where needed within operations in the event of an absence.
• Report any issues or concerns to your supervisor.
