Job summary

Crane is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the Third Shift (22:00–06:30) at the Walton, KY facility. This role will supervise a team, ensure accurate picking/packing, and maintain safety standards while coordinating with the supervisor.

Responsibilities include directing staff, operating warehouse equipment, performing counts, and ensuring on-time order fulfillment. This on-site position requires leadership and reliability, with growth opportunities within Crane's logistics operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of team as instructed by the supervisor.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and timely.
• Operates forklift or other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Monitor compliance with safety and security procedures.
• Perform inventory counts and adjust as directed and authorized.
