Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks a Warehouse Operative in Walton, KY to join our on-site warehouse team. You will act as SME for processes and technology used in daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include directing junior staff, performing inventory counts with proper adjustments, operating forklift and RF-scanning equipment, and maintaining strict safety and regulatory compliance as per Crane SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert in the area’s processes and technology applications.
• Directs work of other team members as instructed by the supervisor.
• Ensures customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and promptly.
• Performs inventory counts and makes authorized adjustments.
• Operates forklift or other drivable warehouse equipment.
• Scans freight via warehouse management system with RF equipment.
• Maintains safety and security procedures and completes required paperwork.
