Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an Operations Manager for the third shift (Mon-Thu) to lead warehouse operations and drive performance. You will recruit, schedule, and mentor staff while coordinating with other departments to maximize efficiency and cost controls.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and a warehouse management system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years warehouse experience.
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participates in recruiting hourly warehouse staff.
• Plans, directs, schedules, and assigns warehouse work.
• Coaches, mentors, and motivates staff to high performance.
• Coordinates warehouse activities with other departments for efficiency.
• Oversees cost control to strengthen gross profit.
• Maintains equipment reliability with third-party vendor oversight.
• Other duties as assigned.
