Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Lead in Lincoln, NE to oversee a warehouse team on a 3rd shift (Mon–Fri 10:00pm–6:30am). You will ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and safe, efficient operations while coaching staff and upholding exceptional customer service.

Qualifications include 2+ years in a warehouse setting and SAP/WMS experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Flexibility for overtime and weekends is helpful in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; flexibility for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain accurate inventory and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Train and coach team; drive performance improvements.
• Utilize WMS and maintain work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment as required; provide backup to management.
• Track orders and investigate issues.
• Maintain 7S practices and a clean work environment.
