Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Lead to oversee a warehouse team on the night shift (Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m.). You will manage daily operations, ensure accurate inventory, train and coach staff, and uphold safety and company policies to deliver dependable service to customers. The role requires at least 2 years in a warehouse, 1 year SAP, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. We offer medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse environment
• 1 year SAP experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure orders are completed on time
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees
• Train and coach warehouse team and provide development opportunities
• Use warehouse management system and maintain work documents
• Promote exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety rules
• Operate equipment safely
• Track orders and investigate problems
• Maintain a clean and safe 7S workplace
