Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead for the 3rd shift in Lincoln, NE. You will oversee a warehouse team, ensure inventory accuracy, assign tasks, and coach staff to meet daily objectives. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has warehouse leadership experience, SAP knowledge, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. A strong work ethic and the ability to work the 10:00pm–6:30am schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Train and coach the team, promoting development and performance improvements as needed.
• Operate the warehouse management system and keep accurate work documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and comply with company policies and safety procedures.
