Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead for the 3rd shift (Mon–Fri 10:00pm–6:30am) to oversee the warehouse team and ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment. You’ll coach staff, review workloads, and train teammates while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in a warehouse environment, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend improvements as needed.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate various equipment and tools.
• Provide support and backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies.
• Maintain a clean environment through the 7S program.
• Work safely to protect yourself and team members.
