GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Lead to oversee a warehouse team on the night shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00pm–11:30pm) in Georgia. You will supervise operations, ensure accurate inventory, and coach staff to achieve timely order fulfillment.

You’ll deploy SAP, WMS, and handheld scanners, review workloads, train personnel, and enforce safety policies. The role emphasizes customer service and 7S practices in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and drive performance improvements.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service and safety compliance.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Operate equipment safely and provide backup to management.
