Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our Lebanon, TN distribution center. The role targets candidates with 2+ years of warehouse and equipment experience who work safely and accurately to complete tasks.

Shift is Monday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–6:30 AM, with starting pay at $22.50 per hour (including $2.50 shift differential) and benefits such as medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with match, and PTO. This position may be eligible for bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years warehouse, distribution, shipping, and/or receiving experience.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, etc.).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Utilize RF scanners, voice systems, and labor management systems daily.
• Build and wrap pallets; maintain inventory integrity and a clean workspace.
• Communicate effectively within the team and follow safety PPE requirements.
