CJ Logistics America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers, handle paperwork, and schedule shipments in a fast-paced 24/7 operation in Queen Creek, AZ. The role emphasizes accuracy in orders, bills of lading, and documentation while supporting shipping and receiving as needed.

You will use MS Office and learn WMS, with a high school diploma required and shipping/receiving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Shipping & receiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is even better!

Responsibilities

• Customer Communication – Be the friendly, go-to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top-notch service and smooth operations.
• Schedule & Organize – Keep things moving! Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track.
• Paperwork Perfection – Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy—because details matter!
• Dock & Yard Coordination – Keep the flow efficient! Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Team Player – Work closely with shift leads and jump in to support shipping and receiving when needed—teamwork makes the dream work!
