Job summary

Grainger in Anchorage, Alaska is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to perform inbound/outbound warehouse tasks with focus on accuracy and efficiency. You will handle unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing while ensuring safe, timely shipping to customers.

The role offers hourly pay starting at $23.10 with three raises to $24.30 per hour, plus $1 per hour for PIE operators and an additional $1 per hour for overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Comfortable standing for long periods in a warehouse environment.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to work around moving equipment and elevated stations.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, packing).
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery expectations.
• Meet safety, productivity, and attendance requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area per OSHA rules.
