Job summary

Grainger in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to perform warehouse tasks including inbound/outbound operations, picking, packing, and inventory maintenance. You will work with a DC team to ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to a DC Supervisor and operates on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 11am–5pm schedule. Base pay starts at $18.35 per hour with raises to $19.55, plus $1/hr premiums for PIE operators and overnight shifts;

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 75 pounds.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Ship products correctly to meet quality and delivery speed.
• Meet safety, productivity, and attendance requirements.
• Operate scanning equipment and keep work area clean and compliant with OSHA.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
