Responsibilities

• Answer a limited number of telephone calls, relay messages, and transfer calls as needed.

• Prepare status reports and follow-ups to meet goals.
• Collaborate with warehouse to finalize shift responsibilities.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support as assigned.
