Haakon is hiring a Walls Assembly Laborer for the night shift in Cheney, Washington. The role involves hands‑on production work assembling insulated wall panels for HVAC equipment, reading prints, and following build instructions.

You’ll work with insulation, liner materials, and wall components in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety, detail, and teamwork. Base pay starts at $21.44–$28.00 per hour, with structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, plus a 5% shift

Qualifications

• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices.
• Able to read a tape measure and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble insulated wall panels and related components.
• Fit and install insulation into wall panels.
• Prep carts and materials for upcoming production stations.
• Read prints and follow build instructions.
• Stage liner materials and parts for assembly.
• Use tape measures, hand tools, and production equipment.
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals.
