Responsibilities

• Read prints and production instructions.
• Measure accurately with a tape measure.
• Build HVAC components (screens, doors, fans, racks, humidifiers).
• Assemble heat wheels and pipe extensions as skills develop.
• Use hand and power tools safely and follow build standards.
• Inspect work and correct quality issues.
• Troubleshoot assembly problems as skills develop.
• Rotate between stations to meet production needs.
• Work with team to meet schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.
