Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a production assembler for the day shift (6:00 am–4:30 pm, Mon–Thu; Fri as needed). You will measure, assemble windows with hand tools and drills, and help maintain a safe work area while cross-training as needed.

Starting pay is $20.50 per hour. Full-time with benefits from day 1 including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO. 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred; English reading/writing required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and maintain quality.
• Daily commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Desire to learn, with good attendance and a can-do attitude.
• Reading a tape measure is required.
• Ability to apply concepts to practical situations.
• Reading, writing and communicating in English to perform job function.

Responsibilities

• Assemble windows for customers by measuring and using hand tools, saws, punches and drills.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety practices.
• Assist production and be open to cross-training.
• Ensure PPE compliance.
