Job summary

PELLA CORPORATION is seeking a General Assembly Operator to join our window assembly team. The role supports construction of windows with flexibility to move across lines and duties to meet business needs. Shift is 3rd shift, Monday–Thursday 8:30 pm–7:00 am, with overtime on Fridays when required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing-related experience preferred.
• Job-specific experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move to different lines and responsibilities as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and follow production orders.
• Meet takt time and productivity goals with accuracy and quality.
• Learn and rotate to three or more different tasks.
• Communicate concisely and respectfully with teammates.
• Attend required OT when business needs require.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety compliance.
