Qualifications

• Must read tape measures and follow prints/work instructions.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship are essential.
• Reliability and good attendance are required.

Responsibilities

• Read prints, measurements, and production instructions.
• Measure accurately using a tape measure.
• Install fans, doors, coils, walls, racks, roofs, and other HVAC components.
• Assemble bases, subfloors, structural components, and equipment sections.
• Apply caulking and sealant to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Select and install the correct fasteners for each application.
• Use hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and rigging safely.
• Inspect your work and correct quality issues.
• Troubleshoot assembly problems as your skills develop.
• Perform welding when trained, qualified, and assigned.
• Work with your team to meet production schedules while maintaining quality and safety standards.
