Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician for our Hillsboro, OR fab.

This non-exempt night-shift role (Sun–Tue and every other Sat, 6:30 p.m.–6:30 a.m.) involves performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wafer fabrication equipment in a cleanroom, with PPE as required. You will collaborate with the factory management, engineering and vendors to optimize equipment availability, document work, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production

Formación

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent military experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance in a high-volume semiconductor environment.
• Strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to wear PPE and respirator when handling hazardous materials.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wafer fabrication equipment.
• Prioritize tasks with factory management.
• Investigate root causes and improve equipment availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and field service; attend trainings if required.
• Record all work performed on equipment.
• Attend shift pass-down meetings and communicate daily activities.
