Job summary

Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon seeks a Manufacturing Equipment Technician for the night shift (7pm–7:30am) to perform technical maintenance, operations, and tool recovery in a cleanroom, driving safety, quality, and yield. You will troubleshoot electromechanical systems and support factory ramp priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School diploma with 4+ months of hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related field.
• Preferred: 1+ years in electromechanical systems, reading mechanical drawings or electrical schematics, semiconductor environments.

Responsibilities

• Electromechanical Troubleshooting & Repair: diagnose, isolate, and repair equipment faults on semiconductor tools using plans and schematics.
• Preventative Maintenance & Calibration: perform routine tool setups, calibrations, and scheduled maintenance for tool health and uptime.
• Process & Tool Qualification: work with Module Engineering to run experiments and implement hardware/software configuration changes.
• Documentation & Data Analysis: monitor and document equipment performance data and maintenance logs.
• Factory Ramp Support: assist with WPM ramp efforts, ensuring equipment is installed, converted, and verified.
