Job summary

Alpha and Omega Semiconductor is hiring a night shift Equipment Maintenance Technician to support the Photolithography team in Hillsboro, OR. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and improve tool availability and quality for wafer fabrication in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–5 years of equipment tech experience (5–10 years preferred), and familiarity with ASML, TEL, DNS, and related metrology tools, with a willingness to work a compressed night shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years wafer fab equipment technician experience or equivalent.
• Preferred 5-10 years equipment technician experience or equivalent.
• Experience on listed toolsets: ASML XT, ASML PAS550, TEL ACT8/ACT12, TEL Lithius ProZ, DNS 200/200W/80B.
• Minimum 2 year degree electronics or industrial tech, or equivalent military/technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Perform non-routine corrective maintenance and in-depth troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with equipment, production, and process groups to prioritize work for production.
• Provide technical resource for tool and maintenance system improvement projects.
• Maintain certifications for equipment, safety, and incident response.
• Track and report daily activities verbally and in writing.
• Serve as ERT member and obtain all necessary certifications.
