Job summary

Tillamook County Creamery Association is seeking a Utility Operator to support cheese and cold storage production. This entry-level role focuses on keeping the plant safe, sanitary, and efficient, providing coverage for other Operators as needed.

You will work 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule, with every other weekend off, joining a team dedicated to reliable, high-quality production in a drug-free workplace. Prior production experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of food production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to work a 12-hour night shift on rotating schedule with weekend rotations.
• Must be dependable, honest, and capable of teamwork.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support production in cheese and cold storage departments.
• Maintain clean, safe work area following GMP practices.
• Understand ERP/NAV and operate interfaces.
• Assist maintenance with equipment troubleshooting.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
