Nestlé USA is seeking a skilled Boiler/Utilities Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain critical facility utility systems. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on boilers, ammonia refrigeration, and water treatment while managing compressed air systems and RO units.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with 1+ year of utilities operations experience; a 2-year HVAC/Applied Science degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2-year technical degree HVAC/Applied Science or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year utilities operations experience (boilers, compressed air, ammonia refrigeration).

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain facility utility systems.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on boiler systems, ammonia refrigeration, and water treatments.
• Manage compressed air systems, RO units, and silo tank offloads.
• Oversee cooling tower water treatment and pH neutralization.
• Support fire protection and energy-management programs.
