Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Industrial Services Technician to operate and maintain boiler and steam systems, monitor readings, perform preventive maintenance, and document activities to ensure reliable plant operations. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; 2+ years in operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, and utility systems.

Ammonia refrigeration and electrical controls experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, operate, adjust, and purge boiler and steam systems.
• Monitor and record readings for boilers, pumps, gas systems, and water treatment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document activities.
• Respond to alarms and take corrective action.
• Maintain logs and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
