Strivector is hiring for a night-shift Recruiter to support US operations. The role involves searching for qualified candidates, screening, negotiating offers, and coordinating onboarding—all within a remote-first, growth-focused environment.

You will engage with hiring managers, utilize job boards and ATS, ensure labor-law compliance, and deliver timely recruitment metrics. Candidates must have strong communication, rapid learning, ownership attitude, and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Search for qualified candidates using databases, networking, and referrals
• Engage with potential candidates via client requirements including skills, education, and experience
• Conduct phone screens to assess interest and competence
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft recruiting strategies
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, assess fit and potential
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and US labor laws throughout recruitment
• Maintain candidate records using ATS and recruitment databases
• Share recruitment reports and insights with stakeholders
• Stay updated on recruiting best practices and labor market trends
