Noise Consulting Group seeks a Sr. Recruiter with IT recruiting experience to join our fast-paced team.

The role supports US clients from our Hyderabad office, with significant opportunity for rapid career growth and a focus on full lifecycle recruitment. You will source candidates through multiple channels, conduct pre-screenings, manage ATS data, and collaborate with hiring managers to deliver qualified shortlists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in HR, Business Studies/Administration/Management, IT, Engineering or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Develop recruitment strategies and manage full lifecycle recruitment for US roles.
• Proactively source candidates through resumes, networking, cold calling and passive outreach.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and secure commitments.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and up-to-date candidate records.
• Screen candidates in-person, by phone, or via Skype and coordinate interviews.
