Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Capable of operating office and clerical equipment; computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with patients, families, staff, and other departments while maintaining confidentiality.
• Supports patient satisfaction through clear guidance and timely response to call lights and phones.
