Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and supervise staff to ensure quality and patient satisfaction.

• Participate in recruitment, staff development, and regular staff meetings.
• Serve on unit and hospital committees to improve practice and outcomes; conduct audits.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control; promote safe, efficient operations.
