Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate labeling and filing.
• Forward medical records to the HIM department on discharge.
• Manage station census and ensure accurate entries in systems.
• Order, stock, and maintain clerical supplies and patient care documents.
• Transcribe communications and liaise with physicians, patients, and staff.
