Michaels is hiring at the Laconia, NH location for a store associate responsible for unloading trucks, stocking and assisting customers. You will ensure a fast, friendly checkout and support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

The role involves maintaining store standards and participating in planograms and recovery tasks. We offer benefits and opportunities; you’ll be trained in framing sales as needed and must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 16+ years old.

Responsabilités

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Complete truck unload and merchandise duties.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
• Engage customers with rewards programs; enrollments.
• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Maintain store recovery and stock in-stock levels.
• Follow SOPs and company policies.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
