Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team at our Oswego, NY location. The role directs 80 CDL drivers and supports daily tasks from driver deliveries to loading/unloading, ensuring service and cost objectives are met.

Schedule is 6 pm–6 am, Wednesday through Saturday. Candidates will manage performance, conduct coaching, and participate in hiring decisions as needed. Penske Logistics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading/unloading, dispatch and documentation control.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching for performance improvement.
• Evaluate and propose changes to improve dispatch productivity; assist in training new associates.
• Provide relief coverage for operational duties during absences or time-off.
• Maintain knowledge of site operating systems to ensure compliance and accurate records.
