Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of drivers and hourly staff to meet customer requirements within cost objectives.
• Lead dispatch, loading/unloading, customer service and documentation control.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching to improve productivity.
• Evaluate and implement changes to methods to increase dispatch efficiency; assist in training.
• Provide coverage for operational duties when team members are off.
• Maintain knowledge of site systems to ensure compliance and resolve exceptions.
