Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist for night shift to oversee the day-to-day operations of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment.

You will ensure transportation activities comply with policies and regulatory requirements while delivering safe, reliable service. You will coordinate pickups and deliveries, monitor driver performance, manage attendance, maintain TMS records, and collaborate with engineering to address capacity and service issues.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation, or related field required.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of Class A CDL drivers and equipment.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries; monitor performance.
• Ensure DOT and FMCSA compliance, Hours of Service.
• Maintain transportation management system records and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering to address capacity needs.
• Communicate with drivers, customers and leadership.
• Prepare KPI reports and performance metrics.
